Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis is pain over the outside aspect of the elbow. This is usually an overuse injury involving the wrist extensor muscles, stemming from repetitive grasping. You may feel pain in the elbow and/or back of the forearm when grasping something. Stretching and strengthening exercises are common treatments. Many times, you may also receive manual treatment and/or modalities to decrease inflammation.
